Certified Organic Beef

Our beef animals are raised on pasture, hay and silage (fermented hay) and are occasionally fed certified organic grains, all without hormones or antibiotics.

We have a mixed herd of Brown Swiss, Holstein, Ayrshire, and Linebacks.

We are able to offer beef products when our dairy herd is no longer able to provide us raw milk. All our beef is processed, freshly frozen, cut and packaged at Herring Brothers in Guilford ME
